Pork Loin - maybe our tastiest meat

If you haven't tried our tender, lean, and juicy pork loin, you are missing out on something very special. We hand rub big pork loins with our special blend of spices - used exclusively on our pork loin.

Try it on a sandwich, salad, baked potato, nachos, or better still -  just gobble it up as.

Wednesdays are pork loin special days - $2.00 off any pork loin item. Trust us, you need this.


We have a lot of fans of our nine different sauces (six on the table, plus Volcano, White Gold, and The Shack Sauce at the counter), but by far the most enthusiastic fans are those of Number Six, our mustard-based sauce.

We cater probably 6 or 7 jobs daily - all different sizes, delivery or full-service. And we make it easy!
